Our impact · 2025–26

We don't just create activities. We create pathways.

Rooted in South London — Peckham, Southwark and Lambeth — our work turns participation into progression for young people who may be disconnected from opportunity.

Impact figures cover 2025–2026

From engagement to progression

01

Engage

Young people access welcoming, consistent community provision.

02

Build

They develop confidence, skills, aspirations and relationships.

03

Connect

We connect young people with employers, training providers, mentors and opportunities.

04

Progress

Young people move towards education, employment, training, leadership and further opportunity.

The goal: turn participation into progression.

Impact in action

Real opportunities. Real progression.

Young leader — Peckham

After being excluded from school, one young person joined our Young Leadership programme. Through consistent support and opportunities to develop her leadership skills, she has returned to education and is now running for Southwark Youth Council.

From disengagement → to leadership.

Career pathway — Finance

A young person joined Wealth Union unsure of his future but with an interest in finance. We supported him with access to opportunities and provided a grant towards further study. He is now completing a two-week internship with an accounting firm through the ACCA network.

From uncertainty → to a career pathway.

Academic & leadership progression

After concerns were raised by his parents, we provided support to a young person who was struggling significantly at school. He is now progressing strongly academically and has received an offer to study Medicine at UCL — and will return to Wealth Union as a facilitator for our 16–18 Young Leadership programme next summer.

From needing support → to becoming a role model.

“Wealth Central has given me so many opportunities that my community never offered me and I'm grateful.”

“I reached out and now, through Wealth South, I've been able to secure an internship with a law firm. I've never been more grateful.”
