Young entrepreneur showcasing her hair business at a Wealth Union session

Programmes

Tools, opportunities and exposure — delivered in person

Every programme runs through Wealth Central or Wealth South, so young people are supported by people who know their area.

01

Mental health workshops

Practical, peer-led sessions on managing pressure, asking for help and building resilience — delivered with facilitators young people can relate to.

02

Financial literacy

Budgeting, saving, credit, tax and understanding how money works, so young people can make confident decisions from their first payslip onwards.

03

Health management

General health, nutrition and lifestyle sessions that treat wellbeing as the foundation of everything else we do.

04

Work experience placements

Structured placements with partner employers, matched to interests and supported before, during and after by our team.

05

Access to education

Guidance on applications, further study and alternative routes — plus the exposure and encouragement that make those routes feel possible.
